From my research it seems like a Ground Mounted solar system is a no brainer when compared to rooftop solar if you have available space.
Would love to get different point of views in the subject. According to you, what is the better product, and why?
Thank you for raising this question about rooftop solar versus ground-mounted systems. From my research and personal experience, I believe both options have their own merits depending on specific circumstances.
While ground-mounted solar systems do offer advantages if you have ample space, such as optimal sunlight exposure and scalability, I believe rooftop solar also has its unique benefits. Rooftop installations make efficient use of available roof space, which is particularly advantageous for properties with limited land area. They seamlessly integrate with the existing structure and often have lower installation costs due to shorter wiring distances.
Considering aesthetics, rooftop solar blends in with the property and maintains its visual appeal. Additionally, rooftop installations can take advantage of local incentives and feed-in tariffs that are specific to rooftop solar systems. These factors can contribute to the overall cost-effectiveness of a rooftop installation.
